The 2eme is known as the foodies paradise with the feature being Rue Montorgueil - the long cobblestoned pedestrian only strip of fresh food, markets, cafes and boutique gourmet shops. In fact this apartment is right off the bustling street on a quaint side street.

It is such a sought after location and one of my absolute favourites for living and visiting Paris.

You are walking distance by mere minutes to the major attractions of the right bank of Paris - Jardin Tuileries, the Louvre, Palais Royal, Opera Garnier, Place Concorde, Rue Saint Honore with its line up of luxury boutiques, Rue Rivoli and the Seine River.

However you are also near the more recently trendy areas too around Sentier where some of the trendiest new coffee shops and bars have started to pop up so its a perfect mix of old and new world Paris.

This means that at your doorstep you are inevitable spoilt with bars, brasseries, patisseries, cafes, bistrots, parks, secret gardens and passages, shops, museums, markets - absolutely everything you dream of experiencing in the city.

Michaels apartment is beautifully cared for and presented to you with a mix of modern and antique style with furniture and odd pieces from the antique shops and off the streets of Paris to give this apartment the perfect holiday feel of new, with a touch of old world traditional Paris. The photos speak for themselves. Stylish and gorgeous!

Located on the 4th floor of a traditional haussmann building (no lift though Alvin your welcoming host while Michael is away from Paris, will always greet Petite Paris guests at arrival and assist with bags).

Within your home, there are 2 bedrooms, both are large and have Queen size beds, traditional marble fireplaces and plenty of drawers for your clothing. Both rooms have windows with soundproof glass overlooking the peaceful street below. The beds in this home are top quality for comfort – Linens are the best fresh sweet smelling, and the bed is soft-firm, the perfect balance. The lounge room has an additional sofa/day bed for a 5th guest

Provided to you also are all your linens, bedding and towels. Essential toiletries such as soap and bath gel are provided (please note no shampoo or conditioner is provided) there is a hairdryer and there are bathrobes available for the main guest bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Stove top, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. It has dishwashing liquid and spongers and tea towels provided and all the basic cooking essentials too - salt, pepper, oils etc and alvin always leaves some treats for your arrival eg chocolates as well as coffee pods for the nespresso. There is also a laundry washing machine.
