Welcome to Apartment Brian in Paris, another specially unique and homely space in Paris handpicked by Petite Paris for its charm, impeccable presentation, authentic style and atmosphere and its unbeatable location.

This bright spacious dream home is a 2 bedroom abode for 1-4 guests. It is a completely private self-contained apartment in the absolute central heart of Paris.

The 2eme is known as the foodies paradise with Rue Montorgueil the long cobblestoned pedestrian only strip of fresh food, markets, cafes and boutique gourmet shops that are all literally around the corner from your home where you will make many local spots ‘your spot’.

It is an extremely sought after location and one of my absolute favourites for living and visiting Paris. Equally you are bordering the 3eme - le marais and within 5 mins walk you are in the bustle of the most historic trendy and exquisite part of the city that every one wants to live in. Furthermore you are walking distance to the 9eme, and 10eme, and even better mere minutes to the major attractions of the right bank of Paris - Jardin Tuileries, the Louvre, Palais Royal, Opera Garnier, Place Concorde, Rue Saint Honore with its line up of luxury boutiques, Rue Rivoli and the Seine River.

This means that at your doorstep you are inevitable spoilt with bars, brasseries, patisseries, cafes, bistrots, parks, secret gardens and passages, shops, museums, markets - absolutely everything you dream of experiencing in the city. Iconic Paris scenes are at your door.

Apartment Brian is beautifully cared for and presented to you with a mix of modern and antique style. Those wooden beams are so French and beautiful, with there is a wonderful energy inside with the windows that open over the inner courtyard of the building promising tranquility and calm.

The essential Paris home experience is achieved here, the apartment life is a big part of Paris life. This apartment has the perfect holiday feel of new, with a touch of old world traditional Paris everyday charm.

Located on the 5th floor of a traditional haussmann building (no lift though Alvene will always greet his guests at arrival and assist with bags) it is extremely spacious by Parisian standards.

Within your home, there are two large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, hangers, iron and iron board.

One double bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Making this home ideal for families!

All rooms have windows with soundproof glass. The beds in this home are top quality for comfort – Linens are the best fresh sweet smelling, and the bed is soft-firm, the perfect balance.

The kitchen is separate to the lounge and dining room and is recently renovated and modern and fully equipped with absolutely all you need to live independently in Paris.

Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and oven, a laundry washing machine, and lots of essentials will be left for you by Alvene – water, tea, coffee pods, sugar etc. and welcome chocolates.

The bathroom is also modern and has a walk in shower, plenty of empty drawers to store your toiletries, Heating rack also for towels.

A hairdryer is available as well as all towels, basic hand wash gel and body wash for showers (no shampoo or conditioner).
