Welcome to this absolutely charming, tastefully artistically decorated 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment in Paris; Petite Paris Apartment Freddy.
The beauty, tranquility and character of this home hard to miss in these photos that tell a story of elegance and authentic rustic style (gallery below) - its antique meets modern comforts and its a rooftop unit too with ceiling windows for a light-filled living space with views over the rooftops - something of a rarity in Paris.
At Freddys home you are in the 3eme - the north of le marais also known as the Haute Marais, for its designer upscale boutiques and galleries.
The Marais village is the oldest 17thC village in Paris, and it is the most sought after arrondissement where everyone wants to stay or live and it is walking distance to the Seine river and all other major monuments are within easy reach.
Furthermore you are walking distance to the 9eme, and 10eme, with its grand boulvards, famopus department stores and where the most beautiful historic glass cieling passages are.
Even better you are an easy reach to the major attractions of the right bank of Paris - Jardin Tuileries, the Louvre, Palais Royal, Opera Garnier, Place Concorde, Rue Saint Honore with its line up of luxury boutiques, Rue Rivoli.
This means that at your doorstep you are inevitable spoilt with bars, brasseries, patisseries, cafes, bistrots, parks, secret gardens and passages, shops, museums, markets - absolutely everything you dream of experiencing in the city.

Alvene is your welcoming host and both colleague and friend of Freddy our apartment Owner. When Freddy is away from Paris he offers this home to you and Alvene will be your host. Alvene will always help you with bags at arrival and on departure and offer you plenty of local advice and tips and will be on hand the entire duration of your stay if you need anything.

This apartment is offered for 1 - 4 guests (1 separate bedroom and a sofabed in the lounge room) and has been recently refurbished.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with kettle, coffee maker, stove and oven, microwave, all cooking utensils and basic cooking ingredients - salt, pepper, sugar oils, butter etc.
There is a 4 person repurposed and beautiful wooden dining table here also.
The separate main bedroom has a standard double size bed 190cm x 160cm with a ceiling light and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower where all towels and linens are included, hairdryer, tissues, handwash and shampoo/conditioner.
The lounge room is charming and has a sofabed for 2 more guests 160cm x 160cm and is extremely comfortable.
TV with Netflix and Wifi is provided throughout the home, as well a study nook that just calls to the aspiring writer artist within and with a beautiful collection of art, books and plants this home iexudes artistic ambience perfectly.
Wonderful classic Parisian rooftop and street views from the windows too.

He loves to connect with guests in a deeper way, getting to know them and promising them the utmost quality hospitality and care.
Alvene offers bike riding tours around Paris too, another way for him to get to know his guests and vice-versa for guests to get to know Alvene, as well as the city, and hopefully make this their ‘forever’ home in Paris.
