I also offer a handpicked selection of incredibly charming and authentic Paris B&Bs. Authentic B&Bs (known as Chambre d’hotes in French) are residential family homes, ie traditional guesthouses. I work with the kindest hosts that I know personally, most of which I have worked with for over 15 years and who;s homes I visit and stay in annually. I highly recommended all these homes to anyone going to Paris wanting to seek an intimate cultural immersion experience staying in a genuine B&B and also want to explore Paris like a local.
The Petite Paris service has a strong focus on Women in Paris being a woman run service, with predominately women run B&Bs; Petite Paris empowers women, to come to Paris and be supported with a home and host that feels just like family, with an abundance of tips and itineraries to help them (you) navigate the city safely and with confidence, like a local. Though ALL are welcome!
I also love to meet up with my guests whenever I am in Paris too for a wine or un cafe; creating this wonderful Petite Paris community with travellers from around the world! Petite Paris Itineraries
It can be daunting searching ‘what to see and do in Paris’, so let me take the hard work out for you, and dive into my ‘little-black-book’ of unique Paris places and curate your perfect Paris experience, day-by-day with mostly non-touristy, more quirky, local and off-the-beaten-track places. I proudly offer a handpicked handful of family-run traditional Parisian B&Bs, (and a few private apartments - read more here) highly recommended to complete your intimate, cultural immersion experience. I have worked with my hosts for 15+ years, they are like family to me and I know their homes, like the city, like the back-of-my-hand. I inspect and staying in the homes every year in Paris for quality control and assurance and always post updates on the homes as I check in on them! It would be a pleasure to book you in - I promise, a friend, and a home that feels like your own awaits!
Ps even if you book one of the few self contained apartments in the catalogue vs a classic B&B guesthouse, your host (home owner) will reside either in the same building or nearby, so you can always have that personal connection and human care, not to mention a local friend happy to meet you for a local cheese platter and wine if you wish.
