A collection of my most favourite secret and most authentic non-touristy places in Paris, all mapped out for you, categorised into days/destination type. My 16-year relationship with Paris all summed up in over 300 magical places. But don’t be overwhelmed, the main map may look chaotic and crazy with 300 numbered/dotted places on one little Paris map, but you can search according to whats immediately around you wherever you are in Paris, or specifically what you are looking for by category – ie best dinner venues, small museums, secret gardens and passages, a rooftop view, best coffee spots etc…
This is the perfect accompaniment to your already set Paris plan to visit all your must-see sights such as the Louvre, Eiffel, Notre Dame etc because you won’t find ANY of those touristic places in this map. In this map you will only find insider secret gems in every neighbourhood. All you do to use this map is check what secret places are nearby to the major monuments you are already visiting and follow the map to them (you can even open the map in your apple or google map if you prefer) So basically you are ticking off your big bucket list places but then exploring something authentic and culturally intimate too! There are sooo many incredible little places lurking quietly around the corner drowned out by the big noise of the major sites, begging to be experienced!! It’s like my big ‘bible’ of Paris places that allows you to pick for yourself what to do and where to go next in Paris in between major sites!! Even better is that this map guide is live and will always be continually updated on my Paris trips as I continue to explore the city.
