Petite Paris has worked with Marine for many years 2009 - 2019. After a covid-induced retirement from service, Marine has decided to reopen her service for Petite Paris guests. She is excited about the beautiful community of regular and first time Petite Paris guests. And I am SO SO proud and excited to be working with Marine to offer you her very special Latin Quarter home.

Located at the very end of one of the famous historic passages of the Left Bank that connects to the famous foodie strip Rue Mouffetard, is where you find this delightful quaint B&B home that literally has you stepping directly onto the famous pedestrian only market street from your front door landing! A ground floor, accessible friendly cool little nook in summer, and warm little nest in winter.

Yes you have the luxury of your own direct entry from the very pedestrian cobblestone passage, into a self contained unit that is separate to but also connected to Marine own private residence that sits just behind it - with its own separate entry. And between you is a quiet little garden courtyard.

Immediately upon entry from the street you find yourself in the front entry/foyer which is also your sitting area with a cafe style table and chair and tea and coffee making facilities. This is a true classic B&B guesthouse where the beautiful and kind Marine arrives each morning at your front door with your breakfast basket. A perfect moment to chat with your hostess and get some wonderful village tips.

For this reason there is no kitchen only your tea and coffee facilities and a this little seating area. Moving further into the space you have a very decent sized lounge room of absolute classic serene style. An extra bed can be placed here for a 3rd or max. 4th person. The simplicity is perfect here, effortlessly elegant and between the passage (and being a NO car area) and the courtyard garden, absolute tranquility and restful nights sleep.

Next to the lounge and mini ‘kitchen;/entry area - is your bedroom with 5star quality bed and bedding, wardrobe space, chair , beautiful traditional Parisian marble fireplace, floor to ceiling window with natural light, and TV to enjoy relaxing each evening. It overlooks the courtyard garden and next to it is the shower and toilet with all toiletries and towels provided including hair dryer.

The shower is a direct step in shower adding to the extremely friendly accessibility of this home.
