Welcome to B&B Anne-Claude & Pascal
A private-entry B&B guest suite in the 10eme
Welcome to B&B Anne and Pascal
This is where luxury boutique ambience and privacy meets authentic family home living and true cultural connection. I simply adore Anne and Pascals unique home, with its incredible luxury style and huge space full of natural light, offering a beautiful boutique environment yet, its also an authentic residential family home. You get personalised care and service here from Anne and Pascal whom I have worked with since 2010 and whom Im so happy to announce their return to the Petite Paris service. And truly, its a perfect fit and has already caused a stir with Petite guests snapping up dates here.
It is a home that promises intimate style and taste, privacy and independence, the opportunity to chat and connect with your local Parisian hosts for all the insider tips you couldn’t get anywhere else, and centrally located in the heart of Paris in the 10eme just above le Marais. neighbourhood and next door to Canal St Martin. to your north approx 15mins is Montmartre village, here you are surrounded by it all! Gare du Nord station only a few mins walk away from those easy European city arrivals.
Guests who stay in this home have complete private and sole use of this gorgeous lounge room to relax in anytime, the dining room and also the Kitchen to prepare their own drinks, snacks and light meals. While Anne and Pascal do live on-site, they live in a separate quarter of the mansion, so you will not see them in the lounge or dining or kitchen, it is completely yours to enjoy as your own home in Paris.
Breakfast service is offered daily to you amd this is the only time that Anne and/or Pascal will be utilising the kitchen prior to your waking up for breakfast and they will happily serve you each morning while chatting getting to know you and offering you some daily sightseeing tips. They are a wonderful kind couple who have been hosting travellers for decades - experienced and exceptional.
At this private mansion B&B home, there are offered 3 guest rooms, all large, charming and beautifully decorated, each has its own private ensuite bathroom. Do note: that this means there may be other guests staying and enjoying breakfast service with you - the Dining room is set up to resemble a beautiful bistrot cafe.

Paris Orientation Service with Alvin — $250 AUD (3 hours)
Arriving in Paris for the first time and feeling a little nervous about navigating it alone? Alvin will sort you out.
Alvin is one of Petite Paris's most treasured hosts — a true Parisian gentleman who has spent years quietly transforming anxious first-timers into confident, independent city explorers. The friendships he forms with guests are unlike anything I've witnessed in all my years running Petite Paris. Solo women in particular leave his company feeling like they own the city. That's just who he is.
What your three hours together includes:
Meeting you at your Petite Paris home after you've settled in, at a time that suits you
Walking you to your nearest metro and bus stops and guiding you through buying tickets and using the system yourself — hands on, not just explained
A introduction to the Vélib bike system including what to look for before you jump on, regular versus electric, safety tips for Paris traffic (a full bike tour is available as a separate add-on at checkout)
A stop at a local café near your home where Alvin will walk you through ordering like a local — drinks, food, the whole ritual
A neighbourhood walk pointing out everything you'll actually need — public toilets, water fountains, the post office, chemists, and anything else specific to your stay
French cultural insights, language essentials and etiquette know-how woven throughout
His personal do's and don'ts for staying safe, efficient and relaxed in the city
And beyond the three hours — a friendly local contact you can text if you get stuck, have questions, or just need someone who knows Paris in your corner
How to book: Fill in the booking form below with your arrival date and time and specify if you would like the orientation on the day of your arrival or first thing the following morning. Please note the latest start time is 2pm (ending 5pm). From there we will check and confirm Alvins Availability with you and send an invoice for payment of this service. Once the service is paid, you will recieve a booking confirmation confirming the service, date, time and with Alvins details

Paris Photography with Chris — $195 AUD (60 minutes, 1 person) - For larger groups or families please enquire directly.
If you want photos that actually look like Paris rather than a tourist brochure — Chris is your person.
Chris is a photographer, musician and genuine lover of this city who knows every hidden laneway, unexpected courtyard and perfectly imperfect corner of Paris that most visitors walk right past. His shoots are relaxed, spontaneous and creatively led — less posed, more alive. The kind of photos you'll actually want to frame.
He shot my own Paris portraits this year and the Solo Meet Up Photos too, and I can personally vouch for how easy and fun the whole experience was. You just show up, he does the rest.
Chris also offers more classic family and group shoots for those who want something a little more traditional — just enquire and he'll tailor it to what you need.
How to book: Fill in the booking form below with your arrival date and time and specify all the dates and times you are available to. do a 1hr shoot. From there we will check and confirm Chris’ availability and once there is a mutually afy agreed date and time we will send an invoice for you to make payment of this service. Once the service is paid, you will receive a booking confirmation locking in your photo shoot.
A little about Chris: he splits his time between the Latin Quarter in Paris and Cannes in the south of France, where he performs at music festivals with his band. Originally from Budapest with years spent in the United States, he brings a genuinely international creative eye to everything he shoots. If you're musically curious, check out his music at christonemusic.com
Affordable, friendly, fast and genuinely fun. Chris can meet you anywhere in Paris. 🥐
