If modern creative style and unique art, is your cup of tea, as well as le marais village (the very heart of Paris a trendy 17th C historic neighbourhood that EVERYBODY wants to be in) and you are a group of 1- 3 guests, then this is a superb gorgeous fully equipped apartment for you!
Apartment Oliver is chic in style matching the quaint boutique village known for its endless shops, cult cafes, bars, nightlife and proximity to the Seine River and all the main areas of Paris. In fact the street Rue des Gravilliers is a rising-star in terms of up-and-coming strips and areas in Paris thanks to its evolving hip bohemian vibe of local and international eateries!
Offered by Oliver our artist and art collector, but lovingly hosted by our Petite B&B host Alvin, who will welcome you at arrival like family, ensure you are happily settled and comfortable, assisting with your luggage of course, as well as ensure you are informed on the apartments functions as well as tips and advice on the area and Paris in general.
Alvin is a total foodie and knows the BEST places to dine lunch or dinner in the area. He also remains on hand and on-call to you throughout the entire duration of your stay should you need anything, while you enjoy living independently and privately in your own Paris apartment, like a Parisian
You will be able to walk to everything from Apt Oliver and truly enjoy the Paris apartment experience popping in and out easily multiple times a day if you wish as this petite is located near Musee Picasso and the oldest and most festive and bustling open air fresh food markets, the Marche des enfants Rouge - and surrounding it is the labyrinth of quaint and quintessential cafes, brasseries, bistrots, boutique, some of the best boulangeries and more.
You really could not be in a better place to launch each day into Paris - and from a natural light-filled and unique authentic and beautiful family home no less.
Apartment Oliver speaks for itself through the beautiful photographs you see here. It is beautifully presented, clean, sleek, sophisticated, tasteful, modern yet with traditional Parisian touches - with wood beams and flooring!
Apt Oliver has an open living space with the lounge room and kitchenette downstairs which feels like your own mini museum with art and artefacts. The bathroom and shower is also downstairs.
Upstairs on the loft level is the Queen size bed with ample headway and height clearance though do note it is a sloping roof top with sky light. Still well suited for 6foot guests thanks to the sloping height. The bed is 160x200cm Queen size bed, with side table, and you are provided with all the linens - quality linens always!
Next to the bed is a dresser/drawer for your clothing items and a iron and hangers are provided.
In the bright sun filled living area their is a fantastic quality sofa bed for a third guest measuring 140x160cm.
In the petite kitchen space you are equipped with a nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, induction cooktop, mini fridge, microwave and all crockery and essentials, towels etc, dishwashing liquid, and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee tabs will be provided too. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen for laundry.

The bathroom includes a walk in shower, toilet, and all toiletries are provided, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel, toilet paper and towels.

Alvene, my wonderful hospitality King in Paris and B&B host offering a wonderful Petite Paris apartment in the 11eme (See his home on the Petite Paris here); loves to offer his guests staying in his home a magical Paris Bike and Boat tour to experience Paris from a new perspective. He is now extending this fun and active bike and boat tour service to all other Petite Paris B&B guests too - yay!
There are two options to choose from:
The magical ‘Midnight in Paris’ bike ride (Spring, Summer and autumn months only) to explore the depth of Paris with Alvene, passing iconic monuments and quaint enchanting streets after dark, when there is less traffic, and Paris will feel like she belongs to only you!
Or choose the Daytime version if you are worried about cycling at night. also only available in Spring, Summer and Autumn months)
Alvene will:
Meet you at your B&B or apartment to start the bike tour. The tour will end there too.
Go on a 3 hr Bike and Boat Tour (mainly bike) to beautiful locations around the city.
Be your personal photographer capturing your Paris memory and adventure.
Give you tips and instructions of how to use the Velib bike System in the city - in case you wish to do more bike riding afterwards on your own. How to pick a bike, what to look for in terms or regular vs electricity, bikes and battery issues, purchasing passes etc
Share plenty of cultural tid-bits along the way as you peddle through Paris. You will get SO much more out of it than the beautiful city backdrop as you cycle, but so much city tips and information along the way from Alvene.
Be a friend to you for the entire duration of your Paris stay should you need someone to text if you have questions or become stuck.

For a more budget friendly, quick but utterly creative and professional photo shoot in Paris, less typical or traditional, edgy and in everyday real Parisian streets, Photographer and musician Chris Taylor is your guy. He took these professional shots of me in Paris this year, and he was such a friendly easy going character full of love for the city and loves to discover new nooks to photograph you! Also see some family photos more traditional. and convenitional for my lovely Blunt family in Paris. He can certainly offer this too and Chris can meet you anywhere in Paris for a speedy snap easy on the wallet, fun, friendly, easy!
Chris lives in the Latin quarter of Paris part-time and the rest of his time he lives in the South of France in Cannes, where he and his band perform at various Music Festivals.
