Welcome to a very special home in Paris. A most unexpected tranquil oasis hidden behind the famous walls and French facade of the city- a garden entry courtyard and artists retreat in Paris. Built by local artists and historically once the home of Gustav Eiffel himself, this courtyard of loft apartments is an absolute tranquil slice of heaven. Yet with the beautiful bustle of Montmartre village at your door.

Ideally suited for up to 4 guests this loft boasts an upstairs down bedroom with glorious light filling the entire space from the wide windows and glass ceiling windows, and downstairs in the main living room with dining space and open plan kitchenette is where the soafbeds turn into 2 single beds, making up 4 guests sleeping spaces. The bathroom and shower for this delightful and inspiring home is upstairs ensuite to the main bedroom, hence this home is best suited to families who do not mind passing one another to use the facilities.

Frederic’s home is truly beautifully cared for and presented to you with a mix of modern and antique style. loves giving this home the perfect holiday feel of both new, with a touch of old world traditional Paris.
Essential amenities include: high speed wifi, heating, washing machine.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with basic essentials you need to live independently in Paris. Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, cooktop and over, and lots of essentials will be left for you by Frederic– water, tea, coffee pods, sugar etc. and welcome chocolates.
The bathroom is modern and has a sink, with plenty of empty drawers to store your toiletries, an amazing shower with excellent hot water and pressure and toilet. Heating rack also for towels.
Provided to you also are all your linens, bedding and towels. Essential toiletries such as soap and bath gel are provided (please note no shampoo or conditioner is provided) there is a hairdryer . There are bathrobes available for the main guest bedroom. Again we wish to highlight that the bathroom is ensuite from the master bedroom upstairs. Any guests sleeping on the sofabeds would need to go upstairs and pass the main bedroom.
About your Welcoming host Alvene:
Alvene is of Malaysian heritage and from Brisbane Australia. He looks after Apartment Frederic when Frederic is not in Paris and in most cases will be your welcoming host in Paris. 15 years ago Alvene came to Paris and fell in love and basically never left. He is a pastry chef in Paris (he knows all the best pastry and coffee places both in the area of the apartment and within all of Paris). He purchased this apartment as his primary residence but also lives between this home and his other Paris home. When Alvene is not in this apartment he offers it to fellow Aussie or international guests.
Alvene is a wonderful host, who aligns with Petite Paris ethos of making connections with guests. For Alvene (and Petite Paris) it is not just about offering travellers an empty apartment, Alvene is also is a friend, who will welcome you upon arrival, show you all the bits-and-bobs of the home, spend time with you sharing his city tips, as well as helping you to plan you Paris days from the apartment. He loves to connect with guests in a deeper way, getting to know them and promising them the utmost quality hospitality and care. Alvene offers bike riding tours around Paris too, another way for him to get to know his guests and vice-versa for guests to get to know Alvene, as well as the city, and hopefully make this their ‘forever’ home in Paris.

Beginning and ending at the apartment, explore the magic of Paris by night with Alvene as your guide on this 2.5-hour ride to beautiful locations around the city.
