1 Day Itinerary of the 11eme
Choose your own Paris adventure with this new itinerary exploring a NEW neighbourhood of Paris, off the beaten track, the 11th arrondissement of Paris is an authentic Parisian neighbourhood.
Starting at 8am from the top of the village, each sight has been geographically ordered to wind through logically to the bottom of the neighbourhood (to Bastille and the seine!) You can go as slow and chill or as jam-packed as you want. OR you can edit your own version, ultimately you have total control of your day!
The diverse vibrant 11th arrondissement of Paris is the new up and coming place to be and my new fave village for a bohemian authentic parisian residential experience. Its also where Apartment Alvene lives!! The area is known for its bohemian vibe, trendy nightlife, artisan & atelier secret passages where furniture makers, frame makers and other designers and handymen can be found crafting their trade down hidden laneways that feel like the French countryside.
You will discover a secret hilltop tiny vineyard not even Montmartre knows about with sweeping city views, the most convival festive bar found within a park, a street famous for its dedication to artisan craft rather than consumerism that the City Hall rightly named the original 'Made in France', wonderful zinc brasseries, the BEST coffee spot, an amazing boulangerie-patisserie of course, a visit to the Musee Edith Piaf or the digital art space Atelier Lumiere, an afternoon walk along an old disused railway lined turned green garden promenade, dinner at a special Belle Epoque venue, it even includes an open air impormptu evening dancing on the Seine river with the Parisians, and more. YES all of this exists in one little part of Paris known as the bobo 11eme!
