Virginie and Thomas’ are were both born in Paris. Their hobbies are music and for Thomas specifically he loves cooking and for Virginie she loves the art of living - you can enjoy getting to know more of this when you stay here with her. Virginie and Thomas have been welcoming guests for 2 years. Their unit is located on the second floor of an 18th-century building , accessible by a staircase and overlooks a peaceful street and a courtyard bordered by the Philippe Auguste walls - the oldest wall of Paris! Historic surrounds you here!

This is a bright 52 m² 1 (spacious) bedroom flat for up to 3 guests, renovated in November 2023, with a picturesque view of rue du Cardinal Lemoine. The apartment has a shared lounge/kitchen area (Netflix and wifi included). 1 separate bedroom with a KING size bed, and in the lounge room an extra very comfortable sofa bed (100 x 200 cm) for an extra person (3 max in this home). The beds are all presented with quality bedding, and quality towels also in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare delicious meals with local products from the charming shops of rue Mouffetard and rue Monge (cheese maker, butcher...).
