BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Simply email us via the ‘Book a B&B’ or ‘CONTACT US’ links/buttons.
Once we have helped you find a B&B that you are happy with we will send you a B&B Invoice to pay the deposit to secure the selected B&B.
Deposit payment amount varies according to the length of your stay is generally 25-50euro per night of the total nightly price. Depending on the rate.
Deposit is paid via PayPal or Credit Card.
Once deposit is paid you will receive a Booking Confirmation via email with the arrival details and instructions i.e your hosts contact details (phone and email), entry instructions e.g. the building code/s and instructions on how to reach your B&B from the airport/train station
Your host will be in contact with you shortly after booking is confirmed to say hello , welcome, and to work out any finer details where necessary. ie precise arrival time etc. Guests are free to contact their hosts at any time from this point should their arrival details change.
T&Cs/Cancellation Policy
Please note our cancellation policy as below, applies to all Petite Paris B&Bs and apartments unless otherwise specified on the B&B or apartments webpage details. Some hosts stipulate their own independent cancellation policy.
Deposit payments are non refundable but if you need to cancel this remains a credit to you for another booking Deposit with us, with NO expiry date. Deposit amounts forfeited are used for another deposit payment.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival - 50% of the outstanding balance is due to your host and NO refund of deposit already paid. If the we/the host is able to rebook your dates to other guests you will get your 50% payment refunded. We are an honest service who does need T&Cs in place for sustainability to continue to operate even during and after cancellations; but we will always refund if we can rebook your dates.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival - 100% of the outstanding balance is due to your host and NO refund of deposit already paid. If the we/the host is able to rebook your dates to other guests you will get your 100% payment refunded. We are an honest service who does need T&Cs in place for sustainability to continue to operate even during and after cancellations; but we will always refund if we can rebook your dates.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE IF THERE IS A CHANCE YOU WILL NEED TO CANCEL THIS CLOSE TO THE ARRIVAL DATE.
T&Cs for BALANCE PAYMENTS for B&B hosts
After deposit payment is made the balance due to your host is due on arrival in euro cash. If balances exceed 1200euro 50% will be requested to be paid 1 month prior to arrival. Additonal transfer fees and conversion fees are to be paid for by the guest.
Reducing the number if nights after booking has been made and confirmed:
Any date change that is a reduction in the number of nights booked, is considered a cancellation by the guest. Although the deposit already paid will be applied to the new dates, no amount of the original deposit amount is refunded and nor is it applied to the new balance due. For example a deposit for 5 nights is 125euro and balance due is 500euro (625euro). Should you change to 3 nights, the deposit is 75euro which is taken from the original 125euro paid. This means 50euro is forfeited in the deposit.
