Welcome to Chantal’s exceptional B&B in Paris in the Madeline bordering the 2eme and 1eme. Chantal’s home is a traditional and charming 50m2 apartment on the 5th floor of a traditional Haussmann building (with lift after initial first 10 steps to the foyer where the lift is accessed); and Chantal herself is an extremely experienced professional yet personable and kindest hostess ever. In fact Chantal was one of the first B&Bs I worked with when I started Petite in 2009 and I am thrilled to have her and her B&B service back on the Petite paris portfolio knowing how much all my past guests LOVED her home and her sincere and generous hospitality, not to mention all the insider tips they received about Paris over the daily breakfast service that she serves.
Upon entering this light filled lovely home you have immediate access to your private B&B suite on the left side after entry, where you will find enter your double bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space, a small TV, and a huge private ensuite bathroom connected to your private room with bath tub and shower and combined toilet. On the right side of the apartment after entering is the shared large lounge room where you are welcome to relax anytime - this lounge room is impeccable decorated, beautiful, and full of light. Connected to the lounge is the dining room where breakfast is served to you daily and the kitchen where you are free to use the kettle, microwave and coffee machine, and beyond the dining room through a locked private door is Chantal and her husbands private area.

Location details - The 9th arrondissement is one of those neighbourhoods of Paris that gets overlooked - and in the best possible way I say! It is the heart of the city bordering the 1eme, 2eme and even the 8eme, and at the same time no far and easy to reach Montmartre village. It is ideally located in between both highly sought after touristic areas of the right bank, in a nook that is, at the same time, totally residential, quaint, quiet, local and that promises you a TRUE everyday experience of Paris without the touristic chaos, yet walking distance to all of it!! HOWEVER, this home being situated closer to the bottom end of the 9eme borders the 2eme and 1eme which makes it even closer to the centre and walking distance to the Seine river in 10mins which marks the very centre of the city. The 9eme is home to the Grand Boulevards leading to Galleries Lafayette department store, the Opera Garnier, and a beeline to Place Madeleine, Place Vendome that leads to Jardin Tuileries by the Seine. There are hidden gardens and beautiful mansions and secret museums to admire within minutes walk of this home, as well as cafes, bars, brasseries, boutiques, art shops and galleries and more. Bus and metro are within a few minutes walk to if you wish to discover the left bank of Paris reachable within 15mins.
Chantal is a delightful hostess, excellent English speaking, who will provide the perfect mix of care and privacy. Chantal prepares and serves fresh traditional French breakfasts daily, picking up the best local fresh baguettes and pastries each morning. Breakfast consists of Butters and Jams, croissant, baguette, fresh juice and coffee/tea.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, Chantal will do her best to oblige e.g. gluten free, any allergy considerations etc. Breakfast is such a wonderful time for you to get to know Chantal where she will happily provide you with lots of city tips and advice that will help you plan your perfect Paris days.
In your private guest bedroom there are quality bed linens and sheets provided, all towels and basic toiletries for the ensuite bathroom, an iron and hairdryer. If you require laundry service please enquire with Chantal. Cleaning service is done everyday by Chantal and change of sheets is every 3/4 days.

Included in the rates: All services and citytaxes, wifi, heating, towels and linens, all toiletries, breakfast served daily.
NOTE: There is NO air-con in any traditional Paris home or apartment. This is not a hotel, this is the home of an everyday Parisian and Parisians are not inclined to purchase air-cons for their homes (often seen as an extravagant unnecessary expense due to Paris having such mild weather year round. If you require air-con for any medical or personal needs please do not book this B&B.
BOOKING T&CS
To book this B&B a booking fee is necessary - the amount is based on the number of nights booked. Once this is paid the B&B is secured to you.
At arrival: the balance is due to your hostess Chantal in euros, at check-in, before taking possession of the room.
Check in is 5pm
